Meet the team
Marsh enjoyed a 55+ year career in the aerospace industry and was a Boeing Company Vice President. He has served on numerous cabinet-level panels and commissions, including the Defense Science Board and the Commercial Space Transportation Advisory Committee, and has been a frequent witness before the US Congress.

Soha has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting globally in
multinational/multi-cultural environment within Airline/Aviation, Maritime, and Technology organizations. She has gained solid experience and expertise by working with international organizations. Soha holds an MBAA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is
completing her doctorate degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University focused on the Alternative Jet Fuel (AJF), Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and H2-Electric Powertrain. Soha is also an IATA, IATAN, ARC
certified member.

Mr. Allen is also the co-founder of The Proposal Network LLC, a management consulting, proposal development, training, and document design company supporting customers serving both government and commercial customers. Prior to joining TPN, Mr. Allen has over 25 years of experience
in both operations and business development in government base operations, commercial facilities management, operational excellence, mission operations, proposal management, and business development. Bill began his career with Johnson Controls, Inc. supporting Space launch operations at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida.
